How the Forums Work:

When I wrote the Value Added Commercial Real Estate book, I saw it as only a part of the informaiton sharing process. Real Estate Forums was created to provide a place where real estate investors and business owners could bring their collective knowledge together and support each other with ideas and solutions.

There are 3 forums. My hope is that real estate investors and business owners will use these forums on a constant basis as a way to dialogue together as a community, sharing your own views and ideas, while receiving the knowledge and know how of others. You may comment on a topic in general, such as your views of the current investment real estate market. Or, you can ask for or provide possible solutions to a specific problem or issue. For instance, you could ask the real estate community for their thoughts on a perplexing challenge you’re having with a tenant.

There are a few Rules: Firstly, please do not provide any contact information. Secondly, please do not use these forums to sell or market any product or service. Finally, it goes without saying that the rules of normal courtesy abide.

It’s my hope the real estate community dialoguing with each other in this fashion will generate strong participation, and prove to be a highly useful exchange.
