Hello, my name is Thomas Smith. I am both the broker for Revenue Realty and a Consultant specializing in all types of commercial real estate including shopping centers, office buildings, industrial buildings, apartments, raw land, motels and other businesses. I am also the author of 4 books, including two on real estate.
